Would you believe how easy it literally is to add on something healthy and green to your dinner meal?  Every week I usually serve broccoli or peas with our dinners, but this time I thought it was time to shake things up a bit.

Adding some asparagus into our meals when we never eat this vegetable was kind of risky.  Who knew if my kids would like it? Would anybody even try them?  I just had to see for myself.
