Hi guys! A few weeks ago my daughter and I have been finishing up our homeschool studies on the eastern hemisphere. (You can read more about our curriculum for 2013-14 here). This has been a fun experience, virtually travelling the world, and I’m glad we had the opportunity to get a “taste” of the different cultures! No pun intended, really.

For our studies in India, we whipped up a batch of Indian Chicken Curry and Saffron Rice. This meal was so delicious that I just had to share it with you!

So here’s our video showing step by step how I pulled this meal together.
Although there were a lot of steps involved and new ingredients I wasn’t familiar with, it still wasn’t so hard. (By the way, if you can’t find the garam marsala in your local grocery, try a health foods store. I found mine at Whole Foods.)
