In my last post, I promised you my potato fries recipe- so here goes.

Homemade Seasoned Vegan French Fries
Homemade Seasoned Vegan French Fries
Ingredients

5-7 potatoes
extra virgin olive oil
basil
oregano
sea salt
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350.
Peel and wash potatoes.
Next, cut the potatoes in half then in thinner slices lengthwise.
Place the cut potatoes into a large bowl and drizzle a bit of olive oil (around 1 tbsp.) over the potatoes and toss.
Sprinkle basil, oregano, and sea salt to taste- then toss once more.
Line a baking sheet with foil and grease with olive oil.
Lay the fries across the cookie sheet. Sprinkle with a bit more basil and oregano.
Bake your fries for about 20 minutes or until brown.
